Delete your account
You can delete your Delvia account and all data connected to it here — no app installation required. In the app, the same action lives under Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, credentials)
- All health data: profile, lab results, symptoms, medications, diet and activity entries
- All uploaded documents and photos
- Your full chat history and any content reports
- Your credit balance
Deletion is immediate, complete, and irreversible. Nothing is retained, except transaction records kept by Google Play and our subscription processor under their own legal obligations.
An active Delvia Plus subscription is not canceled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions first — otherwise Google will keep billing you.
